Marvel’s famous frenemies are back in the new trailer for “Deadpool and Wolverine”. It’s the third movie in the “Deadpool” series and the first one in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This time, Deadpool and Wolverine fight a lot to the song “Like a Prayer” by Madonna.
Big News: Deadpool & Wolverine Movie Coming Soon!
The teaser trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine premiered during the Super Bowl on February 12. It gave a peek into what Disney, who owns Deadpool’s studio 20th Century Films, can expect from Ryan Reynolds’ edgy superhero world.
This year, the only Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie on Disney’s list is Deadpool & Wolverine. It’s hitting theaters on July 26.
The movie stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and brings back Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, who fans last saw in 2017’s “Logan.” It’ll introduce these iconic characters to the MCU.
It’s been almost six years since “Deadpool 2” came out. During that time, we said goodbye to Fox’s “X-Men” films, and Disney took over 20th Century Fox, which had the rights to X-Men and Fantastic Four. Now, even the Fantastic Four is getting its first MCU movie.
Exciting times ahead for Marvel fans!
