Variety says Scorsese’s new movie will be about Frank Sinatra. DiCaprio will play Sinatra. Lawrence will play Ava Gardner, Sinatra’s second wife.
Scorsese and DiCaprio have worked together six times before. DiCaprio and Lawrence were in “Don’t Look Up” together. This will be Lawrence’s first time working with Scorsese.
It’s a big deal because it’s their first time working together.
Martin Scorsese, aged 81, isn’t slowing down. He’s planning to make two movies one after another. First, he’ll film a movie based on a book from 1973 called “A Life of Jesus” by Shusaku Endo. After that, he’ll work on a movie about Frank Sinatra.
The Frank Sinatra movie will focus on the famous singer and actor, Francis Albert Sinatra, known as the Chairman of the Board and Ol’ Blue Eyes. Sinatra was loved by many people in the mid-20th century. He sold around 150 million records worldwide.
